A baby crib is provided also. The home offers 3 spacious king bedrooms, a large bunk room with 4 twin beds, 2 full beds, all bedrooms have private baths. A baby crib is provided Open concept living, dining and kitchen area, ideal for entertaining large gatherings. Kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. The kitchen also has a mini beverage refrigerator and an ice machine. Large dining room table seats 10, kitchen peninsula seats up to 6. About the Owners, Michael & Fran:
Sunnyside Up is Veteran owned. Michael is originally from Montana, but planted roots in Alabama after retiring from the military. Fran grew up in the South and spent many vacations at Panama City Beach- back when it was still considered “old Florida”.
Wanting something less commercialized and dog friendly, we vacationed at Cape San Blas and it was love at first beach
walk!
It’s easy to fall in love with the Forgotten Coast. There’s lots to explore and do...or simply relax
and do nothing!
The Cape is reminiscent of my childhood beach vacations- quiet, uncrowded and unspoiled beaches. An
added bonus is that the beaches are pet friendly! We are pet parents of 2 Doodle Sisters – Curly Sue and Darcy Doo. They love vacationing at Sunnyside Up and Cape San Blas as much as we do!
We rented at the Cape for many years before building Sunnyside Up. We have tried to incorporate what
we’ve learned as renters and have put a lot of thought into the house design, furnishings and amenities.
